Most of my blogs are based around tips and how you can get the most out of your email marketing, but first -  I don’t think I have given Email marketing enough credit lately, I mean Email marketing works, it really does, with Email Marketing, the more you send, the more money you make, simple.

Research shows that it works, and being a senior account manager at BrotherMailer I see first hand every day what it does for companies.


We know it works, but here are just a few things that you could be missing:

Non openers – non openers doesn’t necessarily mean that you have lost that person, you can use our remail feature. The system automatically sends out your email to all of the non openers, and if you can repeat just half of your original open rate and get a further 15% you are laughing.

Triggers – triggers allow you to send specific campaigns to clients that behave in a certain way, for example, if someone clicked the same link 2 or 3 times, you can send them a related campaign with further info or if a recipient clicked the social sharing button but didn’t share, you can send a message asking them to share on their wall. This can all be automated.

Reminders – you sent out a offer that finishes at the end of the month…5% of your recipients may see it and think… great I’ll come back and order that before it expires, but do you really think that they are going to remember? Of course not. Sending a reminder, or if they clicked through, send a serious of reminders. (We can set this up for you)

Little automated features like these really can boost your online sales.

There are just a few things to remember:

Never assume that a non-opener is no good

Never assume that your customers will remember a close date

Never assume that you can keep sending the same email time and time again

Now get that lot to practice and get sending.
